Unfurl is a safe space for yoga-inspired movement to open to more truer, more whole versions of you. Come with your deepest desires, your darkness and everything in between. To unfurl is to return home to who we are. When we connect to our true self, we can connect to others and all else. All parts of you are welcome here.

You are new or new-ish to yoga and curious to see how it might feel.
You have been practicing yoga for a long time, but always find new meaning in the flows, poses and pauses, as you go through the seasons and spirals of life.
You understand that we’re always students, there’s always more to learn, and the mystery of it all is what moves you.
You often find your tears flowing in your practice and are looking for a safe space to release.
You want to build a community through your yoga practice.
Unfurl is for you if…

About Me
Jaime Posa Cornell is a yoga instructor, teacher, writer, and mother, who does her best work honoring that first she's a student.
Jaime has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and first fell in love with the exploration of yoga through a book she used while living alone in a small village without phones or internet. When she realized it had the power to change her perspective and life, she moved to an ashram in Thailand to live and study with her teacher from India. There she received her 200 YTT from the Wise Living Yoga Academy in April 2013 and has since added Yoga for Mental Health and Yoga & Ayurvedic Studies to her advanced certifications.
She has worked with all age groups including groups of men, children, teen-aged girls, teen-aged boys, mothers, etc.
Additionally, Jaime is a certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a Masters degree in Environmental Peace with a focus on Sustainable Food Systems from the United Nations University for Peace. She served in the Peace Corps, El Salvador from 2010-2012, lived and worked in Costa Rica 2013-2016, lost her father in a motorcycle crash in 2016 and then her best friend unexpectedly in 2020. All of this deeply informs her practices, studies, writings, explorations and teachings. She loves to dive deep into the mystery of life, exploring nature, yoga, movement, typewriting, watercolors, food, and especially the mystery of motherhood.
She currently shares her open-hearted stories through her online sacred space, Mud n Miracles, where she also hosts writing circles & more.
